Pre-coated Film (Product Standard Description / Commercial Version)
Pre-coated film is an eco-friendly composite film material produced by uniformly applying a layer of hot-melt adhesive onto a plastic substrate, followed by drying and rewinding. It eliminates the need for on-site adhesive mixing or drying, allowing for direct lamination with paper, cardboard, or printed materials via hot pressing. It is utilized for surface protection, gloss or matte finishing, abrasion resistance, water resistance, and for enhancing the overall aesthetic and quality of packaging.

**Substrate Layer:** Primarily BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene), PET (Polyester), and CPP (Cast Polypropylene).
**BOPP:** 12–30μm; high transparency, flexible, moderate cost (mainstream choice for general packaging and paper boxes).
**PET:** 15–36μm; rigid/stiff, heat-resistant, scratch-resistant, non-yellowing (ideal for high-end gift boxes and electronics packaging).
**CPP:** 15–25μm; non-toxic, food-grade, high transparency, easily heat-sealable (suitable for food packaging and paper boxes).
